03 / HOW THE MODEL WORKSParticipation → Responsibility → Experience

The outcome begins
with ownership.

Across the archive, young people appear as organisers, volunteers, performers, speakers and project builders. That is the connective thread.

LEARN BY DOING

Practice in real settings.

Workshops connect to public speaking, project development, organising and community activity.

BUILD WITH OTHERS

Make connections useful.

Partners, mentors and peers provide spaces, expertise and practical opportunities.

CREATE SOMETHING

Turn participation into contribution.

Young people create performances, projects, conversations and acts of community service.
